OffLine Access
The off-line component of the service is created from a daily download of new cases and changes to existing cases. The database contains less information than the direct connection. However, it is available even when the state system is down. Also, it has been designed and indexed to allow searches not possible on the state system, such as searches by Judge, cause of action, date range, date of birth, etc.
