RealTime Access
On-Line's Real-Time Access to SJIS allows you direct access to the Alabama State Judicial Information System in Montgomery, which contains current live trial court information for every state trial court in Alabama.
Real-Time Access includes civil, criminal, traffic, and domestic relations cases. All active cases are included, and most counties contain records of disposed cases, some going back as far as the late 1970's.

Enter a party name and get a list of cases. Click on the case, and get full case detail.
If you know the case number, go directly to the case detail.
Enter a name and see if there is an outstanding alias warrant.
Enter a county and date and get a list of each Judge and his/her type of docket for the day. Click on the list, and get the docket for screen review or print-out. Click on the case number on the docket sheet, and go directly to the case detail. You can also go directly to the Judge's docket by entering his/her Judge Identification, type of docket, and the date.
